Sattva Vasanta Payment Plan


The Sattva Vasanta payment plan is a convenient and simple way to buy a luxury apartment in the project. The price is to be paid in instalments over four years, with a total of 24 payments to be made. Buyers have to make five payments per year. There is GST applicable on these payments.

The breakdown of the payment plan for Sattva Vasanta at Kannamangala Village in the north zone of Bangalore is:

  • Instalment 1: Of the total cost, 10% is to be paid by buyers at the apartment booking. GST is to be paid on the instalment.
  • Instalment 2: An amount of 10% with GST added is to be paid as the next instalment on the date of allotment.
  • Instalment 3: An amount of 9.75% with GST is to be paid by buyers during the three-month grace period after reservation.
  • Instalments 4 to 24: There are 21 instalments of 3.25% with GST that must be paid every 3 months until the date of possession.
  • Final Instalment: The remaining amount of 2% plus GST must be paid at the time of notification of ownership.

The payment plan makes it simpler to pay for apartments. The cost of the apartments is broken up into smaller chunks that are easily payable.   • Possession date
