Sattva Group is a private real estate developer based in Bengaluru, India. The address of the developer's headquarters is in it's at 4th Floor, Salarpuria Windsor, #3 Ulsoor Road. They build residential projects, offices, and tech parks. The group has over 30 years of experience in creating quality spaces for living and work.
Sattva Group began in 1986 as a small property consultancy in Bengaluru. In the early 1990s, it moved into property development, completing its first residential project. Over time, it added commercial buildings and technology parks. By 2025, Sattva had grown into a major real estate name in seven Indian cities.

The group co owns Sattva Global City, a 120 acre tech park in Bengaluru that hosts major IT firms. It also builds commercial office towers with modern fittings, high speed lifts, and green features.
